Pick an icon, tweak size/opacity/rotation, then stamp it onto the canvas. Phase 1 supports SVG <path d="..."> (multi-path ok).
Phase 2 adds GIF template playback in the viewport (under the paint layer). Exports remain PNG-only in this build.
Phase 1 focuses on icon system stability (no SVG parser errors) and a readable Roadmap panel. GIF playback, fractal stamps, and animated GIF export begin in later phases.
